Welcome to Hickory Creek Elementary School

Welcome to Hickory Creek Elementary school! We are a Pre-K through 5th Grade Title 1 School. We are a leader in the School Wide Positive Behavior Support program. Our school rules are to Be Respectful, Be Responsible and to Be Safe.  We are also home of the Petey’s Project playground, open to all children with disabilities in our county. Our school offers the 21st Century program, basketball, cheerleading, archery, 4_H, D.A.R.E, and the Green Team along with our normal school activities. We have many opportunities for our parents to be involved in throughout the year including  Parent Teacher Conferences, Family Reading Nights, Family STEM nights, monthly assemblies, and PTO meetings, just check out our calendar for more information on times. Intent to apply for the 21st CCLC program

Warren County Schools intend to apply for the Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers Grant for 2023. The overarching goal of the 21st CCLC program is to provide students—particularly students who attend schools in need of improvement—with academic enrichment opportunities and support services to help them meet state and local standards in the core content areas.

          ATTENDANCE POLICY:
          IMPORTANT: The student MUST bring a note to school explaining the reason for any absence from school within three (3) days of the
          student returning to school. Notes after three (3) days will not be accepted.
